Heidi worked for Godwin Witten and Associates as an Assistant Property Manager along side Jennifer Sheppard and Vicki Simpson some 24 years ago. After seeing the business and Cairns grow opportunities came knocking and she left for Sydney where she launched her career in administration working as a Receptionist and was very quickly promoted to the position of Personal Assistant to the General Manager of a large electronic manufacturing company in Chatswood. The position was very exciting and demanding and the opportunities endless, but the love for Cairns was too strong and the lure of Property Management undeniable. Heidi spent several years in a Property Managers role managing a port folio in excess of 100 properties with exceptional customer service and dedication to both owners and tenants generating positive outcomes and friends along the way.
After starting a family Heidi re-entered the work force in the Construction Industry and worked in varying roles within local company CEC Constructions for over 5 years until the company unfortunately ceased trading. When one door closes another opens and the opportunity to shine in Property Management arose yet again and for the past 30 months Heidi has excelled in the position as she is able to communicate with people from varied backgrounds and positions within the community. There is never a dull moment in the Real Estate Industry and there is so much to learn, her focus has taken another shift into the realm of Real Estate Sales where she now rejoins us here at Godwin Witten in the capacity of Sales Associate and with her she has brought a vibrant enthusiasm to the team.
