Jennifer relocated from the Northern Beaches of Sydney to Cairns in March 2004.

Jennifer has 25 years experience in the work force mainly in office administration; medical typing, insurance, accounting and 5 years as a legal secretary for high profile firms in Sydney CBD before moving to Cairns.

Jennifer joined the team at Godwin Witten Realty in March 2015 and is our Leasing Consultant and first point of contact at the Front Desk with a variety of tasks including our Website Advertising and excellent Customer Service. 

Jennifer endeavours to achieve great success in matching tenants to properties in the Rental Department whilst also being a Property Managers Assistant to Jenny Sheppard a Senior Property Manager & Office Manager. 

Jennifer assists the Sales Team in advertising on the website and administration.

Administration duties also include rent arrears, lease preparation, sign ups and key control. 

Jennifer is a loyal, trustworthy, friendly staff member with excellent customer service skills and professionalism in our industry. 

Jennifer greets clients with a smile and attends to the needs of both the tenant and owners for our rental properties on a daily basis.
